We deliver to all 77 districts of Nepal. Delivery time varies: Rupandehi and nearby areas (1-2 days), major cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bharatpur (2-3 days), remote districts (4-7 days).

Flat shipping rate of NPR 150 for all orders. Orders above NPR 2,000 qualify for FREE shipping anywhere in Nepal.

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also check your order status in your account under "My Orders".

We accept eSewa (most popular), Khalti, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Both digital wallets offer instant payment confirmation. COD is available for all delivery areas in Nepal.

Yes! eSewa and Khalti are Nepal's most trusted payment gateways with bank-level security. We never store your payment details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted.

Cash on Delivery is available for all order amounts. However, for very large orders (above NPR 10,000), we may request a partial advance payment to confirm your order.

Yes! All Eco Dosti products are made from natural agricultural waste (dried vegetables, jute, bamboo) with no plastic components. They decompose fully within 6-12 months in a compost environment.

With normal daily use, our eco slippers last 12-18 months. They're designed for indoor and light outdoor use. Avoid prolonged water exposure, which can accelerate natural decomposition.

Yes, we offer sizes from 36 to 44 (EU sizing) for most slipper styles. Please check individual product pages for available sizes. We can also make custom sizes for bulk orders.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective. Contact us with photos at ecodosti03@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs in transit, please photograph the product and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement promptly.
